Thread: The doubling scam on runescape?

So my friends doing the doubling money scam and i told him not to do it but he still said we would. I looked up about it and apparently not many of the scammers get banned due to the people giving them the money out of their own choice of risking it. Is this true? also what would happen if you were to scam one of the scammer for 40k?

P.S i know the risks about it so please dont lecture me i just want a simple answer

You could make a lot more money by skilling rather than standing around the GE all day waiting for some gullible kid to fall for the doubling scheme. Most players know it’s a scam now.

Besides, you don’t risk a perma-ban by skilling. Seems like the smarter choice to me.
