Thread: Is a payroll coordinator from home a scam?

there is this guy that goes by James Farrell 067 and he told me i can work from home as a payroll coordinator. he gave me a software called ezchecks, a fedex # and a bank account number to use. That sounds legit, but he wants me to send people mass amounts of money ranging from $3000 - $9000. He says that he works for an oil company in france california and texas called "Oaeler" (something like that). I really need to know if this is a scam or not. He hasnt asked for any of my bank info. only my address. He said he would send me money through Western Union
Oh and please tell me why this is a scam
